The TV show "Heimatleuchten": Steep, proud, Stilfs – With Conny Bürgler at the Stilfserjoch
These adventurous smuggling stories inspired Josef Gander from Prad to create his black specialty. Under the name "Kuntrawant", derived from the Italian "contrabbando" (smuggling), he roasts aromatic coffee at the foot of the Stilfserjoch. Together with Josef, Conny tests new varieties using the so-called "cupping process" - it will be interesting to see whether Josef's creations meet Conny's taste.
Keyword taste: As is fitting for South Tyrol, Conny ends her trip around the Stilfserjoch with a glass of “Roatn” (red wine) in convivial company.
